What are the delivery charges for orders from the shop?

Delivery charges ranges from 40 to 80php for Metro Manila, depending on the size of the item.  Provincial delivery rates start from 110php up.  Same day delivery is possible for an extra cost.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Shop?

Wardrobe.ph accepts Paypal (credit or debit card) Payments, 7-11/M Lluillier/Cebuana through coins.ph, and Bank transfers. See your preferred options upon checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days for Metro Manila and 3 to 7 business days for Provincial deliveries.

Same day delivery within Metro Manila can be arranged for an additional cost.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We value your privacy and security when making payments. We only use trusted and most secured payment gateways.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your orders and upon payment receipt. Your order will be shipped within the day if order and payment is cleared before 2pm.  Otherwise, it will be forwarded to our partner courier the next business day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes.  We provide online invoice if you paid through Paypal or paper receipt if you prefer a hardcopy.
